Choco and Walnut Cake



  • 4 eggs
  • 5 oz. of crushed walnuts
  • 5 oz. of chocolate chips
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 5 fl oz. sunflower oil
  • 5 fl oz. walnut milk
  • 2 cups wholemeal flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • A pinch of salt


  1. Beat the eggs and sugar until the mixture turns white. Add the sunflower oil and the walnut milk. Mix well.
  2. Incorporate the flour, baking powder and salt. Finally, add the crushed walnuts and the chocolate drops (coat the choco drops with some flour, that way they won’t stick together) to the mixture.
  3. Grease and flour a pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 350º and wait for it to cool before serving.
