For the base:
* 17 oz Borges Natura rice and walnut drink
* 4 eggs
* 4 tablespoons of sugar
For the caramel top:
* 2 tablespoons of sugar
* 2 tablespoons of water
First make the caramel sauce by warming the sugar and water in a frying pan over a medium heat and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
When the mixture starts to turn golden brown, take off the heat and pour the caramel into the molds.
Next put the walnut drink, eggs and sugar into a bowl and beat all the ingredients together. Pour the mixture into the molds and bake at 356 ºF in a hot water bath for 25 to 30 minutes.
Leave to cool before taking them out of the molds.
